Everyone gets the same service, the same information and the same access to every home.
The commitment
I comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act and with Maryland and Pennsylvania fair housing law. It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental or financing of housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
What that means in practice
I don't steer buyers toward or away from neighborhoods based on who they are. If you ask me which area is 'better', I'll answer with facts you can verify, commute times, price history, housing stock, published school data, and point you to the sources.
Every client receives the same market information and the same access to available homes.
