Automated estimates work from public records. They don't know about the addition without a permit, the 2021 roof, the finished basement, or the fact that the two houses they compared you to back onto a road.
I'll pull recent sales in your neighborhood, adjust for the things that actually differ, and give you a range with reasoning attached. If you're just curious, that's fine, curiosity is where most sales start.
